Before wearing them, it is recommended to wash them with water and soap and baby powder could be applied to the product in order to make the silicone less sticky. Before pulling them on, roll up the sleeve of the glove and insert your hand. Position your fingers correctly, roll the sleeve back up and you are done. Whenever you want to take it off, just roll it off from the top and gently pull it off.
