Extremely rare piece! Small hole in front see pic also stains on collar. Difficult to properly ID era as several points are made that tags from 40s are Embroidered like this one. So from 40s? Also a Facebook vintage aloha shirts has a post these were part of a International Harvester convention in mid 50s but Google doesnt recognize a Vegas convention for them? So bit of a mystery!
