Some how I held on to 6 pair of race shoes from my high school and JC days of racing.None of them should be used/worn but they are great items for the collectors. This is a pair of the cross country race shoes I raced on in the Jr. college days. They are marked 10 1/2 I noticed them on line in a NIKE sales flyer dated 1985. But I think I raced JC cross country in 1984 and these were my shoes. The shoe laces have the Pink Panther on them, a item my local running store also carried. At 6′ 144 lb., and fair skin, long hair and stash, you guys can guess why it was a nick name…. plus I could run OK. They are a bit stained and glue is braking down and the soles are hard/stiff. But I don’t this so bad for 40 years stored in San Diego.Pleas look at all the pix as they are sold As-Is!
