Long Wear branded, dark blue lined gabardine jacket with Prentice Zipper.  This jacket was used in stage plays during the 1970s so it is in absolutely perfect condition save from an area along the pocket that needs to be reinforced, but would take less than five minutes to do so, and can be done invisibly. Any unusual dark spots you noticed on the jacket is just water from a steamer, and will not be there when you purchase the jacket Tagged a size medium, measures 20.5” chest, 17.5” shoulders, and 23” shoulder to hem.

1930/40s window pane plaid side button beach dress. Has a full built in bodysuit underneath. Dress itself is cotton twill with fitted cotton bodysuit underneath. There is a little bit of rust colored staining on both the dress and bodysuit. I did not attempt to remove but the dress has been laundered. There’s a waist tie that also had a little bit of staining, along with a small amount of damage. Fits like a small. Bust form has a 36 bust, 26 waist, 37 hip. Chest- 15” (flat, but lower back accommodates larger. Would recommend for 36/37” bust) Waist- 13.5” Hip- 19” at placket, roomier in skirt below. Bodysuit stretches to fit. Total length-30.5”
