The best thing to do is to measure your foot. First, place a ruler/measuring tape on the floor and stand on it with your foot, lining your heel up with the end where the 0 would be and the ruler/measuring tape goes under your foot and comes out between you big toe and the next toe. Now stand on that ONE foot, with ALL OF YOUR WEIGHT on the ruler/measuring tape and wiggle your toes to make sure your foot it perfectly flat on the ruler. Look to see exactly where your two toes reach. Write down the measurements. Now, turn the ruler/measuring tape a quarter turn and stand on it again, WITH ALL OF YOUR WEIGHT, so the ruler/measuring tape is going across under your foot at it WIDEST point, usually near the balls of your feet, wiggle your toes again and write down the measurement. Now send us those two measurements so we can look for a pair that will fit you correctly….Do you have extra wide feet or narrow feet? We NEED to know this because these sandals are made to fit only Normal/Medium width feet and will probably not work for you. PLEASE NOTE! Here’s the OLD HIPPIE secret to breaking in your new sandals for a perfect fit – Your new sandals will feel a bit stiff when you first receive them. Before you wear them, follow these directions to break in your new sandals and make them very comfortable to wear – First, put your sandals on and then place your feet, with the sandals on, in water. You can use a tub of water, stand in the shower or walk with them in a lake or an ocean for about 3 minutes. Leaving them in the water longer WILL NOT make them shrink or stretch, they will only conform to your feet, AS THEY DRY, while you are wearing them. You are only wetting them to soften the leather and make it more pliable. After about 3 minutes, remove your feet and sandals from the water and put a pair of tube socks on over your feet with the sandals still on so you can walk around the house and not mark up the bottoms of the sandals. Keep wearing them all day until they are completely dry. As they dry, they will mold to the shape of your feet and fit you like a glove! *******MAKING A RETURN*******We do not mind returns but please keep in mind the sandals must be returned in the same new condition that we sent them to you.
