It has a matte finish, no outside pocket but the interior has a zipper pocket on the back and a slip pocket on the front. 8 ½ wide, 6 ½ tall and 3 ½ deep. (It looks brown in the pictures but it is NOT brown – it is a very pretty blush/peach color.).
