Very old wire style hook.

No maker’s mark that I can find but it is stamped “PATENTED”. A hole in the side of the handle fits the smaller hook snugly.

Beautiful striped pants from Nanette Lepore. Front pockets and velvety ribbon accent around the waist. Double button/hook closure with the front zipper. Faux back pockets stitched shut. Raised seam across the back of the leg about halfway down that meets the seams coming down the legs. Very unique pants to add to your wardrobe. Women’s size 6 with measurements of 16″ flat across the waist and 33.75″ inseam length. Bottom leg opening is 11″. Overall good pre-owned condition with some wash wear. The inner content/care tag is no longer visible – I washed and did a line dry to be safe.
