Made in Italy. I’m basing the 48 fit on a standard 6″ drop for topcoats from chest size to marked fit size. The chest is 54″, maybe even leaning 55″, which would make the fit in the 48 range. I’d say a 50 could also likely make it work but it could be a little too roomy for a 46.

The jacket has a single-breasted cut with a three-button front button style and a notch lapel style. Flaws: a few minor stains that could be spot treated out as shown in photos.
