Cosplay/Halloween Prop Clever – Handmade Paper Clay. This is a handmade prop clever perfect for cosplay or Halloween. It is made with paper mache and paper clay. I water proof all my props with varnish, exterior paint, and spray finish. The props can be rained on without any issue.
