Swimsuit cover-up is a white floral crochet lace. It has sliding adjustable straps. In the back there is a small gold heart in the center. I did tear the tag ages ago when I took the pricing off of it. It is brand new. I never wore it. Material is semi sheer and quite stretchy. The elastic section under the bust will stretch out to approximately 19 inches. This is a high low style with the back being longer than the front. Approximate measurements are included.
