There is a lace panel on the front which is accented with sequins stitched into place. The bottom is a thong with Strappy sides and it does have adjustable shoulder straps. The item is brand new, but the stitching on the center thong/back strap is not complete. The fabric rolls though, so it is not really noticeable…. See photos.
