This is an awesome vintage opera cape. I would think it is from the 70’s or 80’s it was made to be worn for formal events and waterproof and reversible just an awesome cape. It is 51″ from the shoulder and underarm to underarm is 23″. I think anyone from a medium to L frame would fit this. It states a medium, but I am an L womens and I can wear this with no problem. This is like a lightweight raincoat, free flowing like a normal cape. With the velvet pattern on the outside it has a brocade fabric look but is not brocade.
