HAS MODERATE MARKS OF USE AROUND THE BOOTS. LIGHT SCUFFS AROUND THE BOOTS. FOLDED WRINKLES ON SHAFT. HEEL: 1 1/2″. SHAFT OPENING: 14 “. THAT WAY YOU CAN SEE WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. INSIDE IS OK, RUBBER OUTSOLES HAVE MARKS OF USE.
