Looks like they were put on, warn around for fit and never put back on again. There are some minor defects photos.

These boots are FIRE, literally!J. Markings: J. Chisholm; 8M 52495 0835. I think they were made on May 24, 1995! The newspapers stuffed in the boots were dated 2002, but they go back further than that!
