This is a 2003 size L Michael Simon sequined and beaded nutcracker cardigan. IT HAS A 1 CM HOLE UNDER PLACKET WHERE A SNAP SHOULD BE. I’m sure the hole can be repaired. What a fun super colorful sweater. Tag reads one size fits all. I feel it would fit a large, X-large, to XX Large. Measurments in the pictures. Excellent vintage condition.
