A defined, gathered waistband separates the bodice from the skirt. The skirt is flowy and made from a soft fabric, that drapes elegantly.

I have not personally laundered it, but it remains very wearable and displays beautifully. There may be an occasional loose thread and/or possibly a missing bead or sequin, but nothing noticeable unless closely inspected.
