New, never worn, but there is some kind of brown stain on the front pocket. I believe the bagged shirt must have gotten stuck on a conveyer belt and rub-heated/burned a hole in the plastic bag. There is a very small amount of plastic residue on the stain area as well. (Last three pictures show the hole in the bag and the said stain) But the integrity of the shirt seems intact.
