According to Strava, I ran 55 times in these shoes for a total of 358 miles. The uppers are very clean with a few faint stains. The insoles are original and in very good condition; plenty of squish left. The midsole foam shows minimal creasing and very little discoloration. The outsoles show moderate wear, mostly in the forefoot; still lots of miles left. I am a 155lb mid-foot striker. These shoes definitely have lots of life left!
