In order to maintain the refinement of fabrics and shapes, Aubade kindly invites you to hand-wash your lingerie with a soft washing-powder. The Thong Front and Hip Sides: This mid rise thong has a V shaped panel of sumptuous lilac satin, flowing down over the gusset to the back gusset seam. The gusset is lined with lilac Jersey cotton. The top and leg sides are turned in over a narrow band of elastic and secured with fine lilac zig-zag stitching. A triple wired corsage is sewn to the middle of the top of the panel, it has clear and lilac beads hanging from the ends, with a gold ball at the top, keeping the wires together. From beneath the top sides of the satin is tucked and sewn a medium wide band of double layered fine purple mesh, which has the gathers sewn into the front and back fixings so that the soft pleats continue around the hip sides. The Back and Thong Stem: From the back where the purple mesh stops on the left hand side, this is sewn under four strands of oval lilac elastic which fan outwards to attach to the top, middle and bottom of the diagonal – top part of the thong stem. The thong stem rises from the back gusset seam formed from lilac satin with its edges turned in over narrow elastic inside, thus the edges are smooth, apart from fine zig-zag stitching. As the stem rises the right hand side curves towards the right to attach to the right hand side of the purple mesh. Over this part falls a spray of floral lilac Macrame lace, with a softer lace filling of fine cobweb lace, this is applique’d with the flowers falling downwards, finishing with a bud where you can see the thong stem. The fabric is 52%Polyester, 28%Polyamide, 13%Cotton, 7%Elastane, and please hand wash gently at 30 degrees with gentle detergent, use no bleach, do not steam, do not dry clean or tumble dry.
