This woman’s vintage black mini skirt is by Israeli luxury clothing designer Yigal Azrouel for size 4. The skirt is new, the tag is still attached, and it originally retailed for $630. I think it runs small, please check the measurements. There are beige cutouts lining each side. The skirt is a polyamide/elasthane blend. The waist is pretty firm, not much stretch.
