Instructions1) Using pliers and knife, remove existing worn sole or heel.2) Clean the working area from dust and ensure it is dry3) Cut the new heel cap to necessary size of the replacement sole/heel plate4) Place superglue (suitable for rubber) on the new plate and place it on to the sole or heel, pressing firmly.
